The inspiration for preparing an information sheet comparing Waugh to Cantor came from Rick Waugh Jr.'s talk at Caroline County's last meeting in June. His enthusiasm is contagious and as Ginny, the author said, "I was inspired to write something." Rick Waugh Jr. is the Democratic candidate for Congress in the 7th Congressional District and is running against the incumbent Eric Cantor who is a Republican, and Floyd Bane who is a Tea Party member running as an Independent.
