Our February 2024 meeting of the Hanover Democratic Committee will feature a speaker on Black heritage. Carolyn Hemphill is founder of the Hanover County Black Heritage Society. She will address the committee at its meeting at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 11. The site is the same: Around the Table, 155 Junction Drive in Ashland.
