As we only have one nominee, the Call to Caucus scheduled for Dec. 9 has been canceled. Our Democratic nominee for the Senate District 10 Special Election is Jack Trammell. Jack ran for Congress against Dave Brat in 2014 when Hanover was still in the 7th Congressional District.

The special election will be scheduled as soon as the current seat holder, John McGuire, resigns. McGuire won the 5th District Congressional seat in Virginia and will need to resign by January 2.
