We need poll workers and greeters to help get us over the top in the upcoming elections.

There is no time to waste. Rank-and-file Democrats are thrilled and excited about Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign. There are numerous events for you to take advantage of this enthusiasm.

Our next Hanover Democratic Committee meeting will be on Sunday, Oct. 13 and come prepared to work. This will be our first HDC Day of Action. instead of a traditional meeting, we’ll be gathering starting at 1:00 p.m. at our regular spot in Ashland.

Here are the sample ballots that we will be hanging out for the 2024 elections. They are similar except for differences in the congressional race, with Leslie Mehta in the 1st District and Gloria Tinsley Witt in the 5th District.

Read the fine print. Democrats and Republicans are both guilty of dubious tactics when it comes to fundraising. The money you give in response to a desperate plea might not be going where you intend it to go.

All Democratic and like-minded women are welcome to our coffees, and for September, we are opening it to men to celebrate thee first day of voting.

Mary Miller of Ashland Christian Emergency Services will be the speaker at our August 2024 meeting of the Hanover Democratic Committee.

Leslie Mehta, our nominee for the 1st Congressional District seat, will speak at the July meeting of the Hanover Democratic Committee.
