Both congressmen representing Hanover, Rob Wittman (R-CD1) and John McGuire (R-CD5), made news last week. Several hundred of Wittman’s constituents, frustrated by his refusal to hold a Town Hall, showed up for the office hours of his Midlothian satellite office last week.

Consumers participated in a successful economic boycott last Friday. This is one of several planned boycotts to protest businesses rolling back diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts after Trump threatened to target private companies that have these programs.
Hopefully, to save our sanity, we can find ways to resist AND have a little fun. Trump’s Department of Education has a DEI tattling portal. It would be a real shame if they got flooded with bad complaints.
