October 2026
The State Fair of Virginia continues at the nearby Farm Bureau in Doswell through Sunday, October 4th. Hanover Democratic Committee members always volunteer there with the Virginia Democratic Party booth organized by the LGBT+ Dems! It’s a great way to get the word out about the midterm elections, our candidates, our Party & Committee, the Constitutional Amendments, and have some fun at the State Fair. The booth will be in the same place as last year in the Farm Bureau Building. Please sign up for a shift, or two, or three here. As in past years, a ticket to enter the Fair for everyone who volunteers will be provided–just let them know when you sign up if you need a ticket.
