The Cold Harbor District is located in the Eastern Part of Hanover County generally located south of Old Church Road and east of U.S. 360. It has been a fast-growing part of Hanover and a good opportunity to add supporters. View a map of the Cold Harbor District.

- Battlefield: Battlefield Elementary School, 5501 Mechanicsville Turnpike
- Cold Harbor: Fairmount Christian Church, 6502 Creighton Road
- Black Creek: Fellowship of the Black Creek Church, 6229 McClellan Road
- Pebble Creek: East Hanover Rescue Squad Building, 8105 Walnut Grove Road
- Old Church: Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, 2446 Old Church Road
